Contract to Close

Once we’re under contract, there are a few steps to navigate through:

  • Due Diligence: The buyer conducts inspections and may request repairs. We'll review and address any requests together.

  • Termite Inspection: A licensed inspector checks for termites and wood-destroying organisms if required.

  • Appraisal: An appraiser assesses your home's value based on condition and market trends.

  • Closing Attorney: Your attorney prepares the paperwork. We'll meet before closing to sign the documents.

  • Move Out/Walk Through: Move out the day before closing, ensuring the property is clean. The buyer will do a final walkthrough on closing day.
